Exclusive real-time lead allocations consist of consumer-submitted online inquiries that are delivered solely to the purchasing client as part of the purchased allocation. Exclusive allocations are not resold within the same allocation.


Lead data is generated through third-party media traffic sources. While reasonable data quality measures may be applied upstream, the Company makes no representation or warranty that any lead has been scrubbed against federal, state, or internal Do Not Call lists unless expressly agreed in writing.


Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, carrier, and internal business regulations prior to initiating outreach. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with telemarketing laws, licensing requirements, and carrier-specific rules.


The Company does not guarantee contact rates, conversion rates, underwriting approval, sales performance, or financial outcomes. Results vary based on numerous factors including follow-up timing, sales proficiency, underwriting criteria, and market conditions.
